Manawatu County Council. Election.
The Returning Officer, E. G, Cox, E.q, attended at Motoa this morning to receive the nominations of candi' datos for the office of ' ouncillor for the Awahou Riding in the Manawatu County Council. The only nomination received was that of Mr Thomas Wilson, who was proposed by Mr J . A Smith and was seconded by Mr John Walden. The Returning Officer declared Mr Wilson duly elected. = I
