Such is the case with the ' Evening Telegraph,' which is published in London every Hay at the office of the • Daily Telegraph.' This paper is neither cried on the streets bv the
newspaper Loys, ner does it appear on the bookstalls, The proprietors of the ' Daily Telegraph,' in printing daily this evening sheet, whicb is duly registered, do so merely in order to protect themselves in the matter of copyright, and so prevent strangers stepping in and issuing an evening ' Telegraph,' and practically using the name which the proprietors of the ' Daily Telegraph ' have made a valuable property.
