It is reported that Oholera has broken out in Brindisi and Latiano, a town 14 miles further south. Cholera is still raging at Baku, and the mortality is enormous. A panic has been caused among the residents. The German station at Kilimanjaro has been finally abandoned abandoned, owing to the hostile atitude of the native*. French missioneries declare that Uganda natives- of the Protestant persuasion have again attacked the Catholic natives, and allege that they were assisted by Captain Lugard and Williams. United States cruisers have seized the British steamer Ooquiltan and 25 sealers carrying on their calling off Victoria B.C.
