Manawatu Land Sale.
Messrs T. Kennedy Macdonald & Co held their sale of the Manawatu Eailway Company's land, at Wellington, on Tuesday, The bidding was not brisk though the attendance was large. However there were sold 19 sections, containing 8332 acres 2 roods 9 perches, realising an average of £1 8s 4d per acre or a total of £1 1 ,646 18s.
