The results of the business for the Fortyfirst Year, ending 31st December, Ifißfl, may lie summarised as under : — Fibbt— The number of the New Policies issued was 11,664. Second — The new Assurance business effected was for &3,6*79,459. Thirh— The New Annual Premium Income amounted to £1251,800. Foubth — The net increase to the business, after allowing for loss of income from terminated Policies, was represented by 7028 Policies, assuring £2,---109,190 Fifth— The operations of the year raised the annual iaconie of the Society from £1,512,280 to £1,625,---185, an increase in twelve months of £112,805.
