HOUSE OF EEPRESENTATIVES. MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21. The Speaker took the chair at 2.30 p.m. Tho Oamarn Harbour Board Advance Repayment Bill was introduced and read the first time. The amendments made by the Legislative ponncil in the Rabbit Nuisance Bill and the Light from Crown Lands Restriction 131111 was not agreed to, and reasons wera drawn up and ordered to be sent to the other House.
the Railways Authorisation aud Management Bill, authorising the extension of the Wellington railway i to.Te Aro, and the extensions on the Wharigarei-Kamo, Helen sville northward, and also giving power to vest the Kaihu Valley railway in the Railway Commissioners was read a second time after a long debate. The second reading of the Educational Endowments Bill was agreed t r , md wag referred to the Waste Lands Committee. The Honso then went into Supply. All the other Public Workg votes passed unreduced. The House rose at 4.40 a.m.
