The New York Herald's correspondent telegraphs' that hardly a city in the .Republic has escaped the effect of the shock. The cities of Aualquito and Oosinasagua Avojre cpsnpletely, destroyed, while Cojutepagne Santa Tekla. San I^dro, and ■Jl'ashanb, have b:en ' ruinod.
