The Speaker took tho chair at 2.80. The Wellington Botanic Gardens Bill was read a third time and passed. The Female Suffrage Bill was read a third time and passed. In committee it was amended so as to come into force on the* Ist June 1893 ; and to give women a right to be elected as members and to sit in the House.
