Turkey.
The rebellion in Yemen, Southern Arabia, is still raging. Three thousand six hundred Turk-/ igh troops have been killed in battle or died of heat and disease. Osman Pasha, the hero of Plevna, has been appointed Minister of War. Russia has again demanded an indemnity from Turkey for stopping Russian vessels in the Dardanelles.
