Cattle were in average supply, and those of good quality maintained their value, but coarse sorts (though weigMng well) made no more than 14s the lOOlbs, Cow beef was firm
at 13s, and fat sheep remain on a par with recent sales. For store pigs the demand is weaker but wellfcd porkers and baconers are of ready sale at unaltered rates.
