The Queensland Strikes.
« The Trades Congress, which opened at Ballarat to-day, passed^ a resolution expressing sympathy with the Queensland shearers in the strike, and also one pledging their financial support. A motion to invite Sir George Gray to attend the sittings was carried with great enthusiasm.
