4 In re Eori Rangihewa.— -Mr Ray, for the debtor, moved that the bankruptcy be annulled on the ground that all the debts in the estate are paid. Mr Hawkins stated that h^Qj had formerly conducted this bankruptcy, and his costs had not been paid. Mr Ray undertook that Mr Hawkins* costs would be paid. Motion granted. In re Edward Pike Osborne. — Mr Ray for the debtor. Next sitting of the Court fixed as the date for debtor to make application for his order of discharge. In re Edmund J. B. Osborne. — Mr Ray for the debtor, asked the Court to approve of the deed of composition of 9s in the pound, arranged between the bankrupt and his creditors. Request granted. — M. Times.
