Suicide.
4 ' We very much regret to learn that Mr E. W. Mellish, barrister and solicitor, of Palmerston North, shot himself with a rifle at an early hour this morning at his residence. No reason is yet to hand to explain the reason of this rash act.' He leaves a wife, to whom he has been married about twelve months.
