HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

The House met at 2. 80 p.m nnd adjourned almost immediately in order that the Speaker with the mover and seconder of the Address in Reply might present the Address to His Excellency the Governor On the House resuming at 2. .05, the Speaker reported that the Address had been duly presented to His Excellency. The Premier stated that the Government proposed to have an in> mediate prorogation. There was no important business on the order paper, and it was the intention to adjourn that evening and prorogue Parliament next sitting dny.
