Mr Lind's Property.
» ■ ■'-■ In another column Mr Lind notifies that his valuable property is for sale, on exceptionally easy terms. All who know Foxton, knows that the property is one of the best in the town. The house is a well, neat built building and has been arranged with an eye to comfort, as the yard is concreted, and contains a very large concrete unierground tank for the storage of rain water. There\are more than the usual number of onthouses. The land is very richanX these five acres are right the centre of the town, well fenced and subdivided. The property is very tempting and should secure a purchaser, as it has cost the owner between £700 and £800. The reason Mr Lind is selling is, that he has bought a property near Shannon for his hemp mill where he has secured a valuable running stream, and it will be both more economical and comfortable to have his home on the site of his business.
