Our readers will not forget, that to-morrow Special Sunday School Anniversary Services will be held at the Primitive Methodist Church. Full parliculars are advertised. Messrs Stevens iv Gorton hold their regular sale of stock at Bulls on Tuesday. The public meeting to consider the waterworks scheme will be held ou Tuesday evening at the Public Hall. The writs for the general election have been issued, and the date for holding the election is fixed for the sth December. An amended programme of the concert, on Monday night appears in this issue. A large number of fruit trees are being planted and the mildness of the climate augurs well for their success. We hope the Labour Candidate will do his best to prevent such an occurrence.
