Saturday, Ist Novembiu. (Bsfore J. K. Rnss-U and John Stevens, Fsqs., J. P.'s.) I.AHCKN'Y. Walter Stevens was charged that ho did on the 28th October steal one ten pound note the property of James Park Murray. Mr Eiy appeared for defendant. The Constable said he was not in position to go on with the case as the police had not recovered the property. And he asked for a remand to Thursdaj'. The Bench however remanded the case t© the usual R.M. Court day. Mr Bay aaked for bail and pr duced Mr B. Spe!mrnan, and the Bench accented his bond in £20 and the accused in a similar amount.
