New Zealand Hemp to be Admitted Free.
Mr Mitchelson received a cable message from Mr Creighton, of San Francisco, announcing that Mr Spreckles has accepted a now contract for the San Francisco mail service, and also that under the new American Tariff Act New Zealand hemp will be admitted duty free at American ports.
