Sheep came in more numerous than anticipated. Competition was brisk, li»ht wethers being a little under last week's vftlues. For pigß, especially smaller stores, there was an excellent sale. Catixe.— Bullocks, £0 10s to £8, averaging £7 3s 6d. Sheep — Medium wethers. 15s Od to 19s ; ewes. 14s 6d to ]">s ; shorn do, 10a 4d ; lighter, Bs. Pigs. — Baconevs, 31?; small to medium stores, 13s to l(is. Ox beef 17s the lOOlbs ; shorn do, 2d per lb.
