LATEST STRIKE NEWS.
« Our own correspondent wires : — The Railway Commissioners have dismissed Messrs Owen, Winter, and Elvines, the members of the Railway Executive, for inciting the railway men to Btrike. (These, we believe, were delegates to the Commissioners some little time back — Ed. M.H.) Parliament are now debating the matter. The Dockers and English Unions are refusing help to Australia. 'lhe above appeared as an extra yesterday. By the morning's paper w*- learn that the Grovernment have aid a communication from the Commissioners iipr.ii the tablo, and have agreed to h-tve it printed, but they will not undertake to provide a time for any discussion. A melee occurred in Wel'ington between tbe free and Union •abour, but the aggressor, a Unionist was promptly locked up and the crowd dispersed.
