Richardson), Palmerston North Reserves Bill (Mr Macarthur), Stratford Cauntyßill (Mr Marchant), and Kihi kihi Cemetery Reserve Leasing Bill (Hon Mr Brice). The Bills were subsequently put through their final stages. Other local Bills were committed, read the third time, and passed as fo'lows : — Borough of Devonport Empowering and Endowment Bill (Mr Monk), Wellington School of Design and Exchange Bill (Hon. Mr Hislop), Auckland Harbour Board Empowering Bill (Mr W. J. Steward), and Timaru Charitable Aid Institution Vesting Bill (Mr Rhodes). Evening Sitting. The estimates were further considered.
