Amateur Dramatic Club.
A meeting of the Foxton Amateur Dramatic and Minstrel Club was held on Tuesday evening for the pur pose of considering the rules draf ed by a Committee appointed for that purpose. Mr McMillan was voted to the chair The rules as amended, were unani* miously adopted. Election of Officers. The fol owing gentlemen ware ! elected to fill the various offices. PreiMent Mr J. G. Wilson Vice President - Mr E. S. Thynne. Committee - Messrs McMillan, Fraser, "Woodham. Cook, and Curtis. Caste Committee— Messi'3 Fraser, Woodhara and Little. It was arranged that the first performance should take place in t about nix week's time, and to be in aid of the funds of tho Manawatu Rowing Club.
