A. London* correspondent tells an anecdote which Sir Wilfred Lawton retains for private consumption. A short timo age Sir Wilfred Lawson visiting at the. house of a friend, made the acquaintance ot a bright litt'e boy, some ten years of age, with whom the genial baronet talked and romped. After a whilo he said, "Web, my boy, we have been great friends, but it's odd we were never int-oduced- I don't know what your name is, and I am sure you have not the slightest idea who I am" "oh yes.'' aaid tho small boy, " T know very well. You are the celebrated drunkard."
