On resuming at 7.30 p.m. the DOfi REGISTRATION ACT AMENDMENT BILL. was discussed andjsecond reading agretd to. Sib Giorge Grey's law practitioners bill. passed its second reading by 34 to 22. Mr Wilson did not take part in the division. The House rose at 11.15.
