LONDON Mr Dillon has postponed his departure for Australia. I Mr A. J. The London police have received and traced to thehr origin letters which lead them to believe that " Jack the Ripper " is living in tbe vicinity of Drury-lama, and seem con' fident that the clue upon whioh they are now working will result in the murderer's capture. FOKEIGN With the concurrence of M. de Lee* seps, the Tribunal has dissolved the Panama Canal Company. This decision empowers tbe liquidators to transfer the works at Paw ma to a new company.
