LONDON

At the Oftmes-Parnell Commission, Delaney, the convict, was cross-ex-amined by Sir Charles Eusseli. His evidence given in the examina-tion-in-chief as to Michael Davitt and J. Biggar being present at meetings of the Land League and Fenians was not shaken. He swore that the Land and National Leagues, the Fenian organisation, and the InVlncibles were affiliated. He was not aware of the existence of TimesParnell Commission until he was summoned as a witness. His age was 35, and he admitted having served five years for robbery before receiving his present sentence, and that h s brother had been hanged. A Land League clerk named Farragher gave evidence bef orethe Parnell Commission to-day, and swore he handed Mullet several of Egan's cheques, and saw Poole, another Invincible afterward executed, receive the League's money. He also identified the alleged forged letters, signed by Parnell, as being in the handwriting of Campbell, ParnelTs clerk.
