THE REPRESENTATION BILL.
« The House of Representatives sat all Tuesday night, all Wednesday, and right ou to 2.30 a.m. on Thursday, considering this Bill. The clause creating 91 constituencies was passed by a majority of 16, an amendraent by Mr Gisborne that there be 45 members f#r the North and 46 for the South Island being lost by 26 votes. The Bill is to be fnrther considered in Committee this day.
