>•*■ Wednesday, April 20, 1881. (Before R. Ward, Esq , R M.) CIVIL CASE 3. E. S. Thynno v. S. Tansley. - Claim £49 Bs, amount of two dishonoured promissory notes. Defendant admitted the debt, and said that he would be willing to p;iy £1 per mouth. Mr Hankins, for plaintiff, pressed for a judgment, which was given with costs, 25^, also counsel's fee, £2 2s. Same v. W. H.K. Flygur. —Claim £13 53, amount ef a dishonoured promissory note. Mr Hankins for plaintiff. No appearance of defendant. Judgment by default for amount and costs, 275, also counsel's foe. £2 2s. Hansen v. Holder, Mason & Co.— Claim £13. This case was adjourned last Court day, in order to give the defendants time to put in a set-off. Mr Hankins, for defendant, said his clients had neglected to file the set-off, it having been sent to him only on the previous day. Mr Maclean appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for £10 Us lOd, with costs. 31s, and counsel's fee, £1 Is.
