In the Pahiatua Block, Forty-mile Bush, 25 Sections can he applied for on deferred paymentt, at tho Puhlic llall, Masterton, and at tbe Land Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the Bth February. On Thursday, tho 10th of February, 61 sections will he offered at public auction in the Puhlic Hall, Masterton. On Monday, February the 21st, 2f. Sections, in the Kairanga and Fitzherbert Blocks, can he applied for on deferred payments at tho Town Hall, Palmerstou, and at tho Land Otlice, Wellington. On Thursday, February 241h, at 11 o'clock, a.m., 80 Sections, in the Kairanga and F'tzherhert Blocks, will he offered for salo by public auction, in the Town Hall, Palmerston. Terms : Deferred Payments. — When the same Section is applied for by two or more persons, the Section will be put up to auction between the applicants at 10 o'clock, a.m., at Mastort on Public Hull, on Thursday the 10th February, for the Forty-mile Hush Sections, and at Palmerston on Thursday, February 24- h, st 10 o'clock a.m., for the Kairanga and Fitzherbeit Sections. One- twentieth of the purchasemoney to be paid with tho application, the balance in half-yearly instalments extending over ten years. Cash Payments. —25 per cent, payable on the fall of the hammer, the balance iv one month. Maps, Schedules of Sections, and upset price can be seen at the < thee of this paper, and will be forwarded from the Ciown hands Office, Wellington, ou application. An officer of the Suivry Staff will be in tho neighbourhood one week previous to each sale to point out the Sections to intending purchasers.
