RULES.---1. — All entries (except post entries) to be accompanied bj T entrance fee, giving name of boat and distinguishing flag, and forwarded to the Secretaiy at Foxton, not later than the 10th February. 2. — No prize will be, given unless two boats start. No second prize unless three start. 3.— The stewards have power to make such modifications in the programme as they may deem necessary, and to postpone any race or races in the event of bad weather. 4. — Any person entering a boat must be a subscriber to the funds of the regatta of not les3 than half a guinea, with exception of boys' race. P«ny Race, of £s.— Entrance, 10s One mile. Catch weights, for all horses 14 hands or under. Consolation Race, of £7 10s. — Entrance 10s. One mile and one quarter, for all beaten horses in the above Races, Hack Race, of £s.— Entrance 10s. A qualification fee of half a guinea will 1)0 required prior to entry by all persons who have not already subscribe 1 to that amount to the funds of the Club. Nominations and entries with ago and descriptions of horses, and colours for all Races, except the Hafk and Pony Races to be in the haods of the Seoretary by 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 19 instant.
