VTOTICE is hereby given that the i-N co-partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, trading' at Foxton and Palmerston North, in the County of Manawatu, as Importers, Auctioneers, and General Commission Agonts, under the style or firm of " Thynne, Linton & C 0. ," has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from tlio fourth day of January, vow instant. And notice is further given thnt James Linton has retired from the said co-partnership finn, and that the business thereof will henceforth be carried on by Ernest Stephen Thynne solely upon his own account under the style or firm of " Thynne, Linton & Co. " And that the said Ernest Stephen Thynne will receive all debts due to the said late co-partnership firm, and will discharge al the liabilities thereof.
