Messrs Loudon, Coleyaudßurcell • were appointed a Committee to inspect all contracts on completion, and Messrs Reeve, Coley, and Loudon were appointed c. Works Committee, > with power to employ men for necessary works. Mr Hayns wrote enclosing account for" expenses incurred in connection with the Avenue Road and Bridge works.
