FOXTON LOCAL BOARD.
» . Friday, Juue 11, 1880. The Board met at 7.80 p.m. Present — Messrs Easton (Chairman), Loudou, Purcell, Coley, and Reeve. The minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. Letter read from Mr E. Brown, asking that some drainage might be executed on No. 1 Line, near, his property. Request granted. Letter read from Mr F. Jenks and others, asking that a drain might be made along the street past their pro-
parties, leading from the Railway line 1* to Norbiton. Request granted. Letter read from Mr J. Sullivan, asking that a bridge might be erected over a drain on Avenue road. Rei quest granted. Messrs Loudon, Coleyaudßurcell • were appointed a Committee to inspect all contracts on completion, and Messrs Reeve, Coley, and Loudon were appointed c. Works Committee, > with power to employ men for necessary works. Mr Hayns wrote enclosing account for" expenses incurred in connection with the Avenue Road and Bridge works.
