ARREST.

A man named Francis Raines was summoned to appear at the Palmerston Court yesterday, to answer a charge of disobeying an order of the Court to contribute £1 per week towards the support of bis wife lie bolted per traiu yesterday morning, and reached Foxton er> route for Welling* ton.
