(reuter's telegrams.) Brisbane, Tuesday. Parliament has been prorogued to the llth November. The closing ceremony was dispensed with, owing to the ill-health of the Governor. Melbourne, Tuesday. It is understood that the adjournment of Parliament for a fortnight will take place, when the tariff will be finally passed.
