(heuter's telegrams.) Cairo, June 25. The Great Powers have notified to the Khedive that they will enforce his dethronement immediately in favor of Rufin (?) Halim Pasha unless he voluntarily abdicates at once. Sydney, Thursday. A bill has been introduced in the Legislative Council which provides for the more effectual punishment of certain atrocious crimes where the sentence of death is commuted. The steamship Adela, which fouled her anchor and sank at Newcastle on Tuesday, was successfully floated last night.
