The case of the Hexniione's sea* men, now lying in the hospital, is to be brought before the Snpreme Court to 'morrow, the Collector of Customs being called upou to show cause why the men should not be finally discharged here. &beymotjth, Monday, 7. p.m. A fire this morning destroyed the Union, Bank, with most of the letters and papers. &c. Also Badgers and Smith and Barcley are heavy losers. The whole block seemed doomed, but the brigade worked splendidly. Damage about £20,000. Insurances uot yet known.
