We have great ploasure in announcing that the Sandon 1\ ail way Company lias at last been floated. A meeting of the united Committee wai held at Foxton yesterday, at which the momorandum and articles of association were agreed to, aud the necessary steps de!ova.iued to register tho Company. The provisional directors have applied for a considerable number of shares each. A prospectus was determined on at yesterday's meeting, aud wiil be issued in course of a fortnight, when the Share list wili be at once opened. We congratulate our Sandr.n readers upon the stop which has been taken, and hope no further delay will be experienced in getting the preliminaries concluded, and the actual work of formation started.
