(per pbeßs agency.) [Herald Special— By Teleqbaph.] Wellington, Monday, 5 15 p.m. The barque Carlotta was wrecked near the Lighthouse on Saturday. The captain and crew have been landed. The vessel is full of water, and is breaking up. The weather has turned fine, and efforts will be inßde to save the spars, rigging, &c. The Court of Appeal was formally opened at 11 o'clock, and adjourned till to-morrow. The weather was remarkably fino to-day. The excursions round the harbor were largely patronised. There was an immense attondance at the sports, but none of the events displayed any remarkable incidents.
