The vessel is full of water, and is breaking up. The weather has turned fine, and efforts will be inßde to save the spars, rigging, &c. The Court of Appeal was formally opened at 11 o'clock, and adjourned till to-morrow. The weather was remarkably fino to-day. The excursions round the harbor were largely patronised. There was an immense attondance at the sports, but none of the events displayed any remarkable incidents.
