MILK DELIVERIES

. SATISFIED C0NSUMER .. [To The Editorl Sir, — Some of the public are wanting morning milk deliveries again as they .say the milk does not keep overnight. Why "blame the milk delivery? What about the milk boxes? Some are a disgraee to the homes and the town. If everyone had proper milk boxes, with air ventilation and a door, milk would keep fresh and untainted — perhaps even keep better than inside a stuffy safe. Walking along the streets about four in the afternoons, you see milk bottles, many just 011 fences, and even those in a "box" often have the sun shkiing on them. I have no refrigerator myself, but have not yet had tainted milk by the morning with the aftei'noon delivery.
