19 DAYS IN OPEN BOAT.

NEW YORK, Oct. 27.
A woman missionary and four children who prayed intermittently for 19 days in a lifeboat after the torpedoing of their ship were among the survivors of two United Nations' ships landed on the east coast. A small United States merchantman was torped.oed in the North Atlantie and a medium-sized ship has been lost off the north coast of South America.
