EQUAL PART IN WORLD FAMILY.

CHUNGKING, Oct. 22.
Referring to extra-territorial and other rights which the United States and Britain have promised to relinquish, Generalissimo Chiang Kaishek said that the treaties should be abolished during, and not after, the war. The whole world, he said, must recognise that China should enjoy absolutely equal rights in the family of nations to guarantee security to mankind and promote China's con - tribution to civilisation.
