BERLIN, Oct. 23
Berlin radio quoted a Japanese War Ministry announcement that war prisoners in Japanese hands will be used in. important industries. The prisoners will be paid under regulations concerning the payment to war prisoners. They will be sent, to factories engaged in the production of transport and electrical equipment after examinations to determine their skill.
