NATIONAL SAVINGS
DISTRICT BELOW QUOTA. PICTON, RAI VALLEY, WARD, FLAGGED. For the week ended last Saturday the Blenheim district fell below the quota level of £820, the actual amount invested being £668 15s. Picton, Rai Valley, and Ward exceeded their quotas while Blenheim town missed by £128. Detailed investments with the respective quotas in parentheses are as follows: Blenheim £448 10s (£576); Havelock £17 9s (£42) ; Picton £120 (£112); Rai Valley £27 6s (£26); Seddon £29 6s (£45); Ward £26 10s (£19).
