HITLER AND HIS ROYAL ALLIES, P.A. Gable. CHICAGO, Oct, 18. In an excited sipeech to his generals nine days before the war began Hitler expressed the deepest contempt for the King of Italy and the Emperor of Japian, asserting "Our strength consists of our speed and our brutality." Details of this notable gathering at Bei'chtesgaden have been revealed by Louis I.ochner, a former Ameiican Asscciated Press correspondent in Berlin, whose informant was a German, oiflcer who was present at the meeting. Hitler voiced the distrust of Japan, declaring: "The Emperor is a counterpart of the last Czar — weak, cowardly and undecided.' May he fall a victirn to a revolution i " Hitler added that the German non-aggression pact with Poland was made only to gain time, and furthermore, the economic pact with the Soviet was just a piecc of paper. "We shall demolish the Soviet,'' he yelled.
