CHRISTMAS MAIL FROM JAP.CHINA.
B.O.W. RUGBY, Oct. 18 Tokio radiO' has announced that Japan has agreed to accept and transmit from Japanese-occupied China Chrismas mail for all counries, including those. at wai and those which have broken off relations with Japan. The International Red Crcss Oommittee announced that 33,750 messages from Shanghai had been transmiited to 56 countries, including Britain, New Zealand, Australia, India, Canada, United States and Germany.
