NEW YORK, Oct. 11.

The Office of Price Administration has announced that every essential motorist in the United States who obeys the speed rationing regulations will receive enough recapped, used or new tyres to keep his automobile rolling for the duration of the war. A national stock-pile of idle tyres is likewise being created, to which six-wheeled cars will probably be forced to contribute one spare tyre. v
