(Received June 27, 10.50 a.m.) ST. NAZAIRE, June 26. The new submarine Conquerant has been launched. She is of 1500 tons displacement and is 300 feet long and has a speed of 20 knots on the surface and 10 knots, submerged. Her active range is 10,000 miles: and she has. 11 torpedo tubes, one gun, and two machine-guns.
