CYCLING FEDERATION

■ ~ HOSTILE MOTION RULED OUT.

Press Association Telegram.

CHRISTCHURCH, June 27. A motion to disband the New Zealand Cyeling Federation was ruled out of order when it was brought before a meeting of the federation.. The motion was submitted by an amateur delegate, and in effect he declared that control of eyeling under the federation had been found to !be unworkable, and that it would be in the interests of both cash and amateur seetions that they seek their own respective affiliations with the world controlling bodies through their own appropriate channels. The chairman refused to accept the rnotion, saying that the proper procedure would be for the declaration to come from the amateur body, possibly by cancelling affiliation.
