NAVAL TALKS
CONFERENCE IN LONDON. LIMITATION SCHEMES.

(Received June 25, 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, June 24. The Anglo-American preliminary iiaval talks, which are proceeding in London, are being conducted in pursuance of an invitation extended by the British Govemment to- the other four Powers eoncerned to review the whole subject of future naval liinitation in connection with the 1935 conference. The hope was recently expressed by the First Lord of the Adrniralty that all the relevant technieal questions would be discussed in these talks and the United States experts are taking part in the discussions now proceeding with the British Govemment representatives. It is .understood that the other Powers mterested are being kept informed of the exchanges of view that are taking place.
