AUCKLAND, Oct. 1. I he Seddon Memorial Technical College inquiry was continued this morning. Evidence was given by the Board of Managers and Director of Technical Education that tlie general tone and morale of tlie institution had greatly improved since Direptor Park had been in charge. Two teachers gave evidence that the staff was a happy family, with the exceptiqn of two or three teachers named during tlie proceedings.
